LXA Hospitality approached Alberto Landgraf in May 22, to bring his attention to an opportunity to develop a new restaurant in London, working in partnership with one of our clients who had the lease for a premises within the Brazilian Consulate on Vere Street.

We helped to negotiate the partnership into reality and then worked alongside Alberto to bring to life his second and only restaurant outside of Brazil, Bossa.

Bossa is the second sibling to Alberto’s Rio do Janeiro restaurant Oteque, which placed at no.47 on last year’s World’s 50 Best Restaurants List and thus far has earned 2 Michelin Stars.

We were involved in every element of concept development and launch activation from naming, branding, interior design, spacial planning, kitchen planning and equipment, PR, CCG, menus, recruitment and visa arrangements.

Bossa launched to great critical acclaim in May 23, almost 12 months after our initial conversation with Alberto.
