The person we bring on board for the intern role will be there to support the Hospitality Consultants, assisting to deliver their project deliverables, both for our clients and for our own restaurants.
This will include, but is not limited to:
– Data gathering for market research and analysis projects
– Market trends research - reporting to senior team
– Concept development - research and development
– Menu development
– Supplier sourcing and liaison
With any hospitality role, the work is varied, exciting and fast paced. So, we’re looking for someone with bags of energy and most importantly a passion for this incredible industry!
This is initially a 3-month internship, with the potential for a permanent position, based on performance.
