Guasa is a highly successful street food stall, which you can find across London’s food markets, including Portobello and Shoreditch, as well as on the festival circuit. They are focussed on bringing traditional Venezuelan arepa buns and rum to the masses.

LXA Hospitality worked alongside the team at Guasa to reposition their brand and visual identity, with a more focussed and educational food and beverage offer. We helped establish their story, by digging into the origins of their produce and working on how to effectively communicate that to their customers.
